that is such a good price. I was actually looking at that a few minutes ago. Crysis warhead is also looking pretty tempting at R35
The only thing I cant understand is kingdowm of amalur. Amazon had it cheaper than origin themselves, plus you got the DLCs

get it now! worth 10 times that :P online might be dying down, but still a blast!

EDIT: turns out the Origin community could vote for a game to price at R8.99 and BFBC2 won. i guess both of the regular users voted for it :P

Guys, I love Skyrim and have been eyeing Dark Souls Prepare To Die Edition for a while now but the talk that its extremely hard has put me off, is it really that hard to play the game?

Imagine the whole game is a boss fight. Play each section 50 times, but also get a rush once you finally get through it. Not my thing I must say, but I can see why people may enjoy it.
 
yeah, I dont want to get frustrated, I dont have as much game time as I would like to have, and if I have to struggle to get anywhere...I'd rather leave it. I'm not saying I dont want a challenge, but, not the entire game. :P

I got it on the last sale but haven't gotten around to playing it yet, mainly because of this reason
 
yeah, I used to buy STEAM specials sort of on impulse, but recently, after checking my enormous backlog, I'm trying to be sensible about what I'm buying. Sure the games are cheap but its still money you are giving out on something you might never play.
I'm holding out for Bioshock Infinite +DLCs
Dishonored DLC's
and Metro Last Light.

It's immensely challenging but strangely enough, not frustratingly so. You learn. You die a lot but you learn. I normally finish games but never finished Dark Souls. I can tell you though that's it's an amazing experience. The atmosphere is just so great.
 
I'm only buying 2 games this Christmas sale. Witcher 2 and Borderlands 2...... and MAYBE Bioshock Infinite
