Openweb issue

I have the Gamer's King Openweb account. No issues with me as of yet but I'm based in Cape Town.

What sort of issues are you experiencing?

I have the same account and battling with YouTube streaming speeds. Used to be able to play at 480p and sometimes 720p on my 2mbps line, now I battle with 360p.

I've had similar issues in the past and it seems that their solution is to give you new login details to your account.

My biggest problem with OW. Don't get me wrong though, probably one of the best ISP I've had the pleasure of dealing with, but I don't want to change me user/pass every so often. :p

The capped account that I have now is the best, I won't let them change my login details again.

I have had no shaping at any time during the day.

Its the time of day. Before 5 PM on weekdays is generally shaped heavily - to the point of being unusable. Usually I'm at work so it doesn't bother me. When I'm not I use a backup account (TI is best for this). Not ideal, but all things considered I'm still getting good value.

I think it's the one thing that irritated me the most. You never had an account with a statistics page because you almost always ended up with someone else's resold account. And the problem was never sorted, just shuffled around.
