Opinion: PC versus Console

Uhm, that would be me :D I am buying Dragon Age: Origins Collector's Edition for PC and I'm also buying the normal game for PS3. I can't seem to find the collector's edition for PS3 (apparently it's not coming to South Africa) and I don't think my PC will handle the game to nicely. Also, I have Sacred 2, Saints Row 2 and Grand Theft Auto IV and both platforms. If I really like a game a lot I'll play as many different versions of it as I can ...

Looool. Well i guess there could be 20 odd billion people in africa but that would be more like 20 odd billion idiots.:p Honestly i just picked a number that sounded high. Could be 120 billion.

Lol Yeah but i did it mostly coz at the time my pc wasn't worthy of any decent games. that has however changed. I tent to stick to 1 platfrom. Since my pc can run most games easy its nice to circumvent all these stoopid anti-piracy measures and just buy Xbox. Want to get a ps3 also.

That's the same problem I have now, my PC is fast becoming very old and I can't run new games for much longer. That's why I bought a PS3, so I can play all the games I want without having to upgrade every now and then.

Get a PS3, and then get Demon's Souls. You will not regret it, one of the best RPG's (if not the best) I have played in my life.
 
Ill pick one up Dec or Jan. Prices are gr8 at the moment but i just dont have the capital. Then again i want to get the PS3 mostly for the GOW I & II remakes and Heavy Rain. 1 or 2 other titles. Ill add Demon Soul to the list.
 
Yeah, I wish I had waited a bit longer for the price drops before getting mine (bought it like 2 months ago), but Demon's Souls is making it worth every cent I spent on it, and then some.

Im lucky enough to own consoles and pc. besides it should never come to which is better. it comes down to whichever u prefer as a personal choice. the end :p
