I played the beta and actually forgot I was playing on an EU server, so it seems they're doing something right.

Yeah, if you watch this video it actually makes a lot of sense and what they're doing and have come up with in order to mitigate some of the issues we gamers face is quite interesting to say the least.

"Loot.co.za We're so sorry you didn't receive your order on time." that's literally their reply not can we check up on it whats your order number so we can investigate, nope basically i got Sorry, not sorry
