What platform will you be getting?

Played a couple matches last night and really enjoyed it, the short matches are nice and let you try out different heroes etc.
 
Do you think there will be any DLC, be it content, in game currency, aesthetics, etc?

What do you guys speculate about any future content, be it modes, maps, characters, etc?


I'm not too clued up on Blizzard and their history regarding this.

Look so their is definitely micro transactions for skins(hats) etc(I already had some cash from the beta although now it will reset :( ) which will most likely be their main revenue they might charge for new heroes going forward but i doubt it as for DLC i also doubt they will pull a bf/cod style and release new dlc and charge you every month... following their other models what they will do is release a "expansion" every year or so and charge you for that

This is all speculation of what i think will happen

I'm perfectly fine with them monetizing aesthetic items, after all it's not game breaking, just looks cool.

Look at the nic that reserves all rights as all my personalities are allowed to to post and their is a lot of them :D Also agree to monetizing skins it makes the game completely free from pay to win
 
Well if this ever happens to be cross platform bring on the slaughter mwuaaahahahahahahaha. I think their dlc so to speak might work the same as hearthstone for expantions. Or like heroes of the storm where you can use ingame currency which is a lot of grinding or micro transactions which will make you get the items quicker.

Initially I thought it's seriously overpriced. But I really find myself missing the game..
Blizzard is like a drug dealer.. they get you hooked and then make you pay through the nose. lol
