I also just saw it , it was very different I have to say I didnt see the end coming.
"Non lethal crowd control " awesome weapon with potential.
 
It reminded me of the late 90s sci-fi horrors. I loved the visuals of the movie and the fact the ending is quite a surprise.
 
Interesting to see positive opinions here. My friend also liked it, but it was given the thumbs down in a newspaper review I read.
 
Thats bec reviews are so rubbish. Its some nerd who just does not get the movie.
 
That was some wicked space Sh**t ,
There are so few of these types of movies now days .
Now its all about the gore not the setting and the tension, Hellraiser and CUBE are another 2 I seem to always remember ooooh and that Fu*(ing clown from IT..
 
They are making a proper movie for IT. The original was a tv movie so the new one will be awesome.
They all float georgy and you will float.

I didn't enjoy Event Horizon. If I remember correctly, it was gruesome without being
frightening. Perhaps it lacked subtlety.
 
I walk in on my mom watching that when I was 4 and it gave me a fear of clowns for many years. I hope tim curry stars as it again he was brilliant.
 
no way , That is one movie I wont watch , I watched the tv version again a few years ago and it still freaked me out , and things normaly dont get to me , I think I will give that a miss ( But then again remakes never realy live up to the original do they)
 
True, it's cool to watch the remakes but they hardly ever overshadow the originals. One remake I'm really looking forward to is Clash of the Titans purely because the original had so much scope to be great and all it was, was corny :D
