Have you ever gotten a business idea, put in quite a few hours of work designing your product and processes and then when you have a good sense of what you want to achieve, you find out someone has already beaten you too it? And not by that much even...?

Not a bad looking piece of furniture but it won't fit into my study. At the moment I have a counter-like L-shaped desk built-in but it needs to be replaced. Looking at that video I think I should do some serious designing before I rip out the current desk. Why not have a hidden channel for cables, a built in usb hub and sunk powerstrip? I'll pass on the elevated stand for the chassis since I think cleaning underneath will be too tough.
I have some nice ideas now that could be done at not too great a cost.
