Patent troll sues Mojang over Minecraft tech

I rate that every time this Tim guy releases a game, we make it viral and pirate it!! Or we just trademark the name Game/s as ours and sue him for everything he is worth, giving back all the money to the gaming companies to fund future AAA titles. So who's with me on this?? :D
