RAM:
Corsair CML16GX3M4A1600C9 / CML16GX3M4A1600C9B Vengeance ( 4GB X 4 DDR3 1600MHz KIT )

also i wont get the 720W odin.

ITs pretty muh a 500w psu

Get anything antec

Well TP or HCP range not the earthwatss range :D

Your HDD wont work unless you take that and use it as a storage drive and get a normal HDD that is 7200RPM for your OS drive. 5900 is not gonna work :D

You guys are awesome :D

Thanx a lot for the punting I really appreciate it.

@OP please drop me a pm and we can discuss it :)

Quick question, is this pc build for you, considering in your sig you already have a very decent pc?

You have a pm bud.

The pc I recommended is much better than the last one you posted.
Replacing thr 570 with a 7870 and the psu from that rubbish gigabyte to epic xfx pro.
Also opting for a much better cooler and much better motherboard.

Hi Guys,

My insurance decided to pay out eventually but only R12k. I put this build together after input from all you guys, which i humbly regard as my friends, and also reviews on all the parts. If you can have a look and give input that would be great. The grand total for the build without shopping comes to R12053.00 (all the parts was sourced from 1 supplier, I would have loved a Z77 mobo but they do not have in stock and I want to have the complete PC built at the supplier). If anybody can equal or better the price I would buy it from them (Joker?)

Thx peoples of the ZA!

Send me the specs of the build bud, I am pretty sure I can beat whatever you're paying.
I also have a rig that was built for a client that dropped me if you're keen on buying that. Brand spanking new.

sorry guys, herewith build:

Asus DRW-24B1ST 24x
Raidmax RX-730SS 730W PSU
Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3
Zalman Z11 Plus ( Windowed Side Panel )
Corsair CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9 Vengeance ( 4 X 4GB DDR3 1600MHz KIT )
Intel Core i5-2500K ( Unlocked Multiplier )
Sapphire HD7850 OC Edition 2GB
Thermalright HR-02 Macho
Seagate ST2000DM0012TB 2TB Barracuda
ADATA 60GB S510 Series SATA III 2.5" SSD 60GB

Total Cost - R12053

Raidmax RX-730SS 730W PSU - not a very good PSU. You taking a chance there mate.

I actually used one in an old rig of mine, built it around three years ago. Never had a problem with that specific power supply. Sure, it's not a well-known brand, but they don't seem as bad as some of the unknown brands. You're still better off with the Coolermasters, Corsairs etc. but they come at a premium, obviously.

Why not get a 2 AMD 5870? They are onpar with the GTX 560Ti but a bit cheaper, about +- R2000
