Thanks but do you know of a nvida gfx on par with that because im more of a nvida fan then ati

The 440 or 450 is more or less on par with the 6670.
if DDR3, very unadvisable then its more the 440.
Up that budget on the gpu otherwise you will be needing to upgrade very soon.

I think you would be better off spending you're money on a second hand setup.
Thinking of letting my lan rig go.

Amd Phenom II x6 1055T
Coolermaster v6
ECS A880GM-AD3
Kingston hyperX DDRIII 1600 2x4GB

That im thinking of selling for R2500

So DDR3 is going out of date? what if its a 512Mb DDR5? will it function better than the 1GB DDR3 like this one? or ill just save up a bit more and get a 1gb ddr5?

1gb ddr5 is best then 512mb ddr5 then 1gig ddr3 then 512 mb ddr3. Save up as much as you can then spend a lil extra. Helps down the line.
That rig that Joker is advertising is a good one, I would go for that if I were you.

What simon is saying save us much cash as you can and try investing in a 6870. I know of one that retails for R1750 inc vat and although its a bit high for you're budget, at least you will be future proofed, and I know a 6870 can run Crysis 2 on max settings.
