To answer your question, I would say the best place to look is Gumtree
BUT and its a big BUT - don't buy the first thing you see and make sure you know what you are buying basically to avoid getting ripped off.
There are loads of guys out there selling off R2k machines for like R8k, totall rip-offs. So just be careful.
First prize however is to buy new when it comes to PC's but look around, you might get a good deal.
