PC Splitscreen offline muliplayer COD blackops zombies

I recently played Black ops zombies on a PS3. It was splitscreen and multiplayer with a couple of friends in the room.

I was wondering if there was a mod or something that will allow me to do the same on my PC.
I have my PC connected up to a Tv monitor so it would be fun if my friends could be in the same room as me and play offline with a split screen
 
Back in the day with PS1 / PS2, old CRT TV's and splitscreen multiplayer games...

That was awesome, soo much fun. Had all of your friends around you, sitting on the couch and use to play for hours.

Now its all online and one console / PC = one player only. I doubt you will get any sort of mod like that for PC. I guess they kinda make more money if each person has to buy the game etc.

Thats exactly what I mean. I played it on Ps3 like that. Apparently they didnt do it on PC because of RAM issues. But I think it was just because they want everyone to buy a copy and LAN
