Peter Molyneux will be leaving Lionhead Studios

I always had tons of laughs at this guy, but I do admire his ambition and passion for his games. I am playing Fable III at the moment and I can remember how he talked this title up. I reckon that he'll be missed at Lionhead, this guy is a huge role player in modern day gaming. Oh well, hopefully he can make something epic at 22 Cans in the future.
 
Very interesting, I wonder if the recent spate of leavers is a result of not being happy about the direction Microsoft has pushed them in, or just the internal direction the studio has decided to take.

Microsoft are very good at bullying people into doing their bidding. I think many companies now have to cater for Kinect, or GTFO.

Too true. He was definitely spearheading innovative gaming during the 90's and early 2000's, but nowadays he just seems to be involved in over-hyped and disappointing games; case and point, Fable III. Lion Head could maybe do better without him.
