I work in Rustenburg and i'm experiencing first hand what this crap is doing to this town 2 of my friends here have had to close down their businesses because of this and in the last 2 months over 300 cars have been repossessed because people can not pay for them because they are not getting paid.

Are these things so daft that they don't understand how this works, if you strike for more money then no money is coming in for you to get more money. Then with no money coming in and you striking longer because you can't get paid because there is no money you resort to violence. Then you get fired and the company gets closed and you get nothing for all the time you spent rioting and you still ask the question "why no raise or the demanded amount"

If you kept on working while negotiations went on this could have turned out so different, but guess some can't think that far
