Playing WoW with your Xbox360 controller

With the myth of WoW being released for XBox I saw there's some neat programs/addons that allows you to play WoW with your controller.

One review I read said it was surprisingly easy to control everything with the controller but that keyboard will definitely need to be used for chat and "difficult" combination of keys

This let me start thinking. The XBox controller has a snap on keyboard you can buy separately, which will make the argument of having a keyboard null and void. And being able to control most of the functions you need from the controller itself, the hard part would be to setup your key bindings (which we do anyway? with Bartender etc)

What do you guys think? Especially the folk (like me) who loves console games and only play the odd game on PC?:rolleyes:
 
I saw that app a while back on Xfire (about a year to a year and a half back ) Was quite neat a the time but alot of ppl found the "gameplay" to be harder or confusing
 
heh WoW is fine with a keyboard .. I would however enjoy being able to use my X360 controller to fly choppers/Jets in BF2!

Playing with keyboard means I have to sit at a table :) and there's always the odd chance my fat fingers will press the wrong combo... so I prefer console :D

31" LCD TV + PC + WoW + 360 Wireless Controller = Heaven
 
I dunno, I don't think WoW on a 360 is such a good idea. Props if they pull it off though, Blizzard are geniuses.
 
Naw, talking about just using the controller though. WoW on a 360 would be heaven though. No crashing, no installing device drivers etc. No loading slowly because your PC's antivirus is busy doing shit... console FTW
