Playstation Plus Thread

I activate the game downloads the moment they hit PS+ so that I don't miss out on a title once it is removed from the IGC list. I unfortunately sit with a massive backlog of amazing titles that I have to play, e.g. Hitman Absolution, but don't get time for. Thanks to PS+ I have games to play while I'm on leave. :-)

PS+ is real value for money and it is amazing that we get this from a corporate like Sony. I know that a corporate won't do anything without it paying off and adding to the "bottom line" but it is rare for the customer to get such great value. I am unfortunately too scared to buy a new game or one that I have had my eye on cause it might just be on the next month's IGC list. Case in point November's lineup of Metal Solid Rising: Revengeance and Remember Me. Both games I had in my hands a week ago and didn't buy cause I liked Splinter Cell Blacklist more.

Well done PlayStation and thanks for all the fishes. (Hitchhikers Guide reference for those wondering... :p yeah)

Please remember, I have 2 accounts: Vampothic and Haygs88.

I'm likely going to be reverting back to my Vampothic account since that's the one I used to my GT5: AE DLCs.
My Haygs account only has my Red Dead Redemption saves, but I'll get it again.

Downloading Jak and Daxter Trilogy.
Wanted U3 but my drive has no more space

I have MGRising on Xbox and Remember ME on PC.

I downloaded both Rising and Remember Me expecting not much from both of them but I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality and game-play of both of these titles.

I am curious to know what games will be coming our way in December though. Those might be big releases.

My thoughts exactly.. Don't see why we wouldn't be able to.. I don't have a vita but I claim the games.

I must say this is the 1st month that i'm not impressed with the ps+ line up.

to answer my own question ---

Remember that even if you don't own a PS4 but have a PS Plus account, you'll still be able to add the free games to your SEN account for when you do eventually get a PS4. Likewise for all the games offered in the Instant Game Collection.

Luckily, you probably have such an enormous backlog from previous months that a disappointing line-up won't really matter. Well, that's what it feels like for me, at least.
