PlayStation Store up and running

No mention of the freebies and PS+ yet?

I keep on getting an error message when i try downlading something from the store
 
I am already capped, and my uncapped package is behaving strangely, i cant get a decent connection... Have to get another 5GB capped account for the time being... I want to get on to the PSN Store.
