Okay so 3D Mark 11 is out and this time has a free basic version with unlimited test runs. You can post your scores here so that we can keep it in one topic.

I'm still busy downloading the installer which you can grab here.

Once I've set it up and run it I'll give some guidelines as to what settings we should use to keep a standard.


Edit: Right, so I installed it and it looks like there is only one option to pick from for basic users, which is 720p so no need to worry about standardisation.

My tests are crashing on the CPU test every time so for now I wont be able to post a score. :(

Edit 2: After some searching I found that many people are having the same problem as me with the game crashing at the CPU tests. Clicking on 'Help' and then unchecking "Scan SystemInfo" lets me complete the tests and get a score, but your score will not be registered on the site.

This is my score. P2312 3DMarks, which is about what I expected from my Radeon 5770. :)

Have you got a keygen for it? I need to change some setting on it and cant change anything because it is the basic version. it only sees and test one GPU. Does not allow 2. Does anyone else know how to change it?
 
I'm busy downloading it. And frank007, keygens are not allowed here. I hope there's some way to change the settings to allow two GPU's, otherwise it's encouraged to buy the full version.
 
See the problem is that i dont buy online anymore because of a bad experience. Paid for the stuff never got it, problems with the bank getting money back etc.

That's unfortunate but hardly an excuse to pirate the software. :/
 
not gonna waste time with 3dmark 11, apparently it's bugged up the nose when testing.

Cause i haven't gotten around to buying Windows 7 yet, I was running the beta and loved it. But you know i had alot of other things to do, and software wasn't a priority. But it is officially on my to do list and hopefully have windows 7 by next week...
 
Makes sense. You know you can always just load it, without a key and use it for 30days, if you are 100% sure you are going to get your key before the end of those 30days. ;)

Not a bad idea, i am going to go get my friends orignal copy and do that on monday, then its just a matter of putting in a key.. Thanks man
