Yeah, I'm sure lots people will go for it, I just don't see the point of picking this over PC or PS4. There aren't even that many exclusives yet.

Halo MC is a big, big reason for me yes. But Forza adds to that. Plus, I won't deny it, I'm a flaming Xbox fanboy.

The price difference would be that the XBO games are Downloads, unlike the PS4 where they are physical copies.
