Presidential hotline resolves 9 out of 10 complaints: report

The presidential hotline was making progress with nine out of ten complaints received getting resolved, the Saturday Star reported.

According to the report, government statistics also show that at least three out of five complaints that involve the police get resolved.

"The machinery of the hotline is working," hotline director Mughivela Rambado told the newspaper.
