Prince of Persia

I rather preferred Two Thrones it had a bit of a kick in it :D kinda liked the idea of split personality :p

Warrior Within was the best one for me but I've only just started playing the 4th one. So far it's looking good. The GFX is really nice but I'm having problems with my Logitech controller.

Maybe I should give this a try again?!?!?!

If I am not mistaken you can buy a box set with the first 3 for R199 or R99 or something.

I think it would be worthwhile mentioning that Prince of Persia didn't make use of any sort of DRM or copy protection scheme (in South Africa at least, the poor Russians never seem to benefit from decisions like these made by publishers/devs).

Agreed. The PC version was easy to install, no DRM kak.

Oh, and nice review btw :)

I wrote the review :D. Quite stoked it got picked! As to the no DRM, I would have mentioned it if space allowed. Maybe I could have fitted it in at the end, but that horse has walked its course :).

I played and enjoyed Sands of Time, but the second one, and Two Thrones I gave a skip.

Dunno why ?

That's the weirdest thing!

I Absolutely _LOVED_ sands of time! I played it 6-love! ... yet after the 1st 30mins of 2 throwns I gave up. Just didn't like it.

too weird.

EDIT: Nice one Isengard :D

following the pc's titles
  1. Prince of Persia 1
  2. Prince of Persia 2
  3. Prince of Persia 3D
  4. Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
  5. Prince of Persia: Warrior Within
  6. Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones
  7. Prince of Persia (2008)

...warrior within was the best, i truly enjoyed the free from fighting.

the recently released one, i skipped as it mostly was made without the true spirit of prince of persia being so watered down for example in skill and puzzle, but hey i guess along the line every gerne or ip has to cater for the coke-pop-culture.....

...my opinion anyways.

I rather enjoyed the puzzles in Sands of Time. They were by no means a piece of cake. Similar to that of Dungeon Siege 2 I suppose.
