Big deal.
This is not the first game to have taken place inside a living creature. The fact that the organism in question is a mammal called Homo Sapiens should not make it anything special, but then we do tend to have a rather high opinion of ourselves. Too much is made of the particular organ the game is set in. Sounds to me as though they
picked an organ that is not spoken of in polite company for its shock value. Would we be as excited about a game set in the spleen?
*yawn*
/Sits back and waits for the first of many cyber-nannies to blow this out of proportion.
