Protecting gaming addicts from themselves

There are 2 chances that something like that will work in SA - Niks en F0#K01

My favourite line --- “The men, especially, don’t want to go,” she said. “They play all the time and forget their families at home.” -- here you will be reminded to go home if you have a family :)
 
What I took from that is I might be addicted to the internet :D... Ok I still manage to go to work everyday so it is not that bad but a good portion even at work requires internet resources...
 
Some game (I forget which one) had something along the lines of: "Commander, you've been fighting for 2 hours now - perhaps a break is in order".

I liked that. Game keeps (some) track of time for me & yet doesn't force me to take a break.
