So who's getting one and what games are you going to get?

I really want one but I think I should wait till the FFX remake comes out. Although I know if my paycheck comes through I'l have a fight on my hands.

Very much agreed.

Also, I owned a psp and was by no means really impressed in terms of fresh offerings. Mostly they just rehashed the PS2 titles for the PSP. The only highlight I remember was Silent Hill: Origins.

Unless they focus on games aimed specifically at the Vita, they may just as well leave it.
 
For some reason I've got 10000 ebucks, so on Kalahari it'l only set me back R1700. which isn't bad.

I picture the price to how much enjoyment I get out of it. I got my PSP for R1000, all ready spent close to 250 hours on it. In that sense it's a bargain.

I'll wait for it to drop into the region of the R2k mark, although if I have a bit of cash to spare towards the end of the year and it's still more than that, I'll put some money down for it. As for games - we'll have to see when the time comes.
 
I wouldn't personally buy a PS VITA new at the price it's going for but I demo'd it at Incredible Connection over the weekend and I'd have to say that it's not a bad looking gadget. If it were going for a reasonably cheaper price then maybe I'd consider it, but for now I'm perfectly happy with my Xbox 360 :)
 
seems like a bit of a waste , so many devices on the market that offer portable gaming

I'l wait around til the FFX remake hits then I'l grab it, the other games just don't interest me that much at this stage.

Although I would love to have one :D
 
Girlfriend bought me one over the weekend hit up Super Stardust Delta last night. Really enjoyable little game.
 
Or on any other platform. That game is just brilliant.

OT though, the more games I see on the Vita, the more keen I am on picking one up.
 
I'll definitely be tempted to get a PS Vita once the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection make it's way onto the handheld.
 
The vitas price will definitely drop soon. Sales were initially impressive at release but they seem to have bombed out now!
 
looked at the games in Musica, I want that Uncharted :/ @Verrayne take it back!!! well from what I heard in the past there must be minimum 5 dead once :( good luck.
