Quick question... Where did horror movies come into this scenario??? :confused:

And back on topic... to add to this article... Yeh its great for the PS3 users however the only problem is this.... Sony are gonna be releasing like 300more updates for your console to download and update the system and more waste of time and bandwidth.... cant they just do annual updates or something...

Annual updates don't take of current issues, and with every update feature get added major or minor. If you don't want to download it the new updates come on the new games. No issue.. and only major updates are forced upon the user minor updates can be ignored.

Yeh i see what ur saying... I mean its just a real pain in the ass to go onto your console and it tells you before you can go onto PSN you have to update... and then its all fine and dandy for a couple days but then ur back to square one again... :rolleyes:
 
That will truly be awesome. I would be totally engulfed in my games (even more so than currently) if I could play in 3D...
 
So according to the article would you require the HDMI 1.4 tech or will that PS3 Firmware upgrade to it for you?

Price of those 3D tv's? Sounds super expensive too.

if this is released im sure they will have Demo's in stores etc. Perhaps seeing is believing ;)

There are too many unanswered questions surrounding 3DTV and it's making me very sceptical. My television is 3D Reacy, it does 100Hz Dual Scan and all that, but the Television is certified for HDMI v1.3. Now they're saying that proper 3DTV is HDMI v1.4? So does that mean my TV has everything required for 1080P 3D but it's HDMI port is the wrong "version"?

It sounds to me that TV manufacturers are now forcing normal people into the same route that PC manufacturers and M$ have been forcing PC gamers for years. It's no longer "good enough" to buy a R70,000 television, it too should now only last you long enough until the next game comes out. This is NOT acceptable. Since when do you need to upgrade your Television every 2 years? This has been the downfall of owning a PC for years, constantly being FORCED to upgrade. Now they're doing the same to everyone else?
