I'd have to say Metal Gear Solid. The epic story was acted out with perfect and precise timing throughout, with great replayability. It is a masterpiece, even by today's standards.

Of course, this'll all change come 11/11/11...

Company of Heroes. The game really managed to convey the intensity of battle. Great achievement for an RTS game.
