PS3 MOVE next week!

Okay so I'm actually very excited about the PS3 Move being launched next week. I am planning on getting a full setup with a full controller setup (move + navigation) for myself and my wife. If I add 1 or 2 games with it (Resident Evil 5 being an obvious choice) it's going to cost me R2500 next week.

Still, I can't wait to play with some movement based games next week - it's going to be flippen SWEEEEET
 
Be sure to post your findings. Interested to see how a game like RE would respond to it.
 
I really want the move ASAP as well, but I'm planning on going to rAge at the end of this month and October and November are just too packed with awesome releases. Will probably get it in December if I get a bonus.
 
Will the Move only work with Move enabled games? And will there be patches to make certain games Move enabled?

Precisely. Can't help but feel this is going to be a glorified Wii. Will try it out first in store or at some sucker who buys it. I'm a couch potato, why on earth do I want to stand and swing my arms around???
 
I think PS3 Move will be better than the Wii system. Some advantages:
- PS3 is full hd
- 60 fps tracking, much better than the Wii
- get off the couch you lazy sod
- The Wii is an ancient console with one nice feature... which PS3 will destroy...
- I have a PS3

Yet most games aren't. :P

I had to make a choice this month unfortunately. So I'm getting Reach tomorrow and will probably only get Move next month. I've already got Heavy Rain and Resident Evil 5 Gold so I'll just download the patches for them when I get my Move controllers.
 
I haven't even bought a 2nd controller for the PS3 yet :) And seeing that I'm broke, will probably only get the Move next month or the month after....
 
Such was the original plan, but with Heavy Rain getting a Move patch next week, I have to have it now.
