Congratulations sir, you have sucessfully drawn and re-highlighted a conclusion to a statement that was, in fact, already asserted within the definition of said statement.
This is much like the case, where if Incredible Connection has a wild special on the XB Elite for R2799, but a prospective buyer has a moral obligation not to support a thieving franchise. That basically means that the special does not apply to that buyer.
(I guess some peoples moral obligations would extend to thieving medical schemes too, eh?
