Seems to mostly be affecting those who have upgraded their HDD's. Still, I hope my PS3 didn't download it overnight... :/

FYI guys, auto update only downloads the Firmware. You still have to manually install it.

Benefit of having a PS2 :/

Did any of you try "Some users suggest reverting back to 4.41 using a USB installer and booting up the PS3 in safe mode, however, we can’t recommend this as there is no fullproof evidence that it works." ?

Iv seen drivers cause a lot of crap, but a simple uninstall usually sorts that

Glad they did release it over the weekend... I started up my PS3 and I actually went and checked for updates since I haven't used the console in quite some time.
