PS4 - Game Questions

The watch dogs / Second son bundles are worth it if you want that game, it should work out about R100-R200 cheaper to get it in the bundle than to buy the console / game separately. I havent really been looking at deals since i bought my PS4. I got my PS4 standalone, the bundles that were available then didnt seem worth it as they were with games I didnt really want. (I also went for a 2nd controller at the time so the price was racked up quickly)
 
I see the FNB PS4 bundle is back.

PS4 Console / 2x DS4 controllers / Knak & Injustice @ R380pm

How are those games?
I already own Injustice on PS3 which is good fun, should be better on PS4 ?

Injustice on PS4 is really no different besides sharper visuals. Knack is okay... I played a bit reminded me of Crash Bandicoot but you'll finish it in an afternoon.

Just to clarify on the Injustice, you could compare it to Tombraider Definitive Edition, same game better visuals, AFAIK the PS4 version does not add anything different.

I am really looking forward to DriveClub, however not as much as TheCrew (though arcade like) and most importantly, Project Cars! Man that stuffs in insane!!!

Also, Bloodborne! All these titles are on or available on PS4. I think I just answered my question here. Forza 5 and Forza Horizon 2 will have to take a back seat for a while.

Assassins Creed Unity coming out in october looks flippen awesome! !! Its the reason I'm saving up for a PS 4 :P that and infamous second son :D
 
Started playing some Second Son last night. Wow! What a visually stimulating game! Truly shows off the capabilities of the PS4.
 
Very tempted to get Abe... I think R309 is a reasonable price for it

And I still can't decide if it's worth it getting Last of Us

Have you played LOU previously? If not, GET IT! I envy those who will be starting that up for the first time. On PS4 it also includes the DLC which was just as good, just a bit short (can complete it in under 2-3 hours).

No I never played, just spectated my old flatmate when he played it on PS3 and I've seen the ending. And R549 is not a bad price in my opinion...

R549 on the PSN store? 50GB Download though if the rumours about the game size is correct. Cheapest I've seen it is Kalahari @ R599 I think. Raru is R609.

And slap yourself for seeing the ending without playing the game.

the ending was kinda what I predicted it to be so it wasn't a MAJOR spoiler for me. I still don't know most of the plot

I only made it about 3 or 4 hours into the PS3 version, so I still have a lot to look forward to, I'm sure...

2. I am liking it hey! I love how it tends to stay true to the old arcade style button masher. It's got an awesome pace to it and seems to flow. Also quite challenging.

yeah it was actually more fun than I thought it would be. finished it in 2 days :D
 
I have a feeling I am getting a ps4 very soon and I thinks my first game is gonna be Destiny what do you guys think about that.I would also like to ask if any of you people have got the extended warranty is it really worth it.

If you loved Borderlands then you'll feel right at home with Destiny, I get the same vibe off of it. Open world drop in and out FPS MMO.

I did not go for an extended warranty myself, the most that will go wrong with a PS4 is A) HDD fails - buy a replacement or B) The Laser fails and Part Serve replaces it. Either way it will probably cost about R900 if you take it in. option A would be much cheaper to buy a laptop HDD, a 1TB is R900~ incl. postage and VAT. Then just replace it yourself.
