PS4 Issue - Please Help

Hi all


Who can help me with this

I reinstalled system software twice now and Everytime the ps4 restarts, it reverts back to the above screen.

I have reset the controller but work no luck.

What originally happened with the ps4 that we had a power outage during installation of the update

Any help please guys

I have done the following
Removed HD and formatted and installed software again
reset
reinisiate as well

Placed in another HD from Diff ps4 and it tells me i need to update the software
placed this ps4 HD in a working ps4 and tells me the same

Firstly I think this should be under the "console" thread.

Secondly, I would first try initialize the PS4. From off press and hold the power button until you hear it beep three times, this will bring up safe mode. Select option to initialize. This should reformat the device and bring it back to factory day-one state.

If the power indicator is lit up in orange (rest mode), hold the power button until you hear the system beep for a second time. Your PS4 now boots up in safe mode. Select Initialize PS4 (Reinstall System Software). Just follow the screens to complete the update, there are no further settings to choose
