PS4 Region Lock in SA

So my PSN account region is set to SA.

What region digital games can I buy from cdkeys.com? Does anyone know how the region lock works? :confused:

Region 2 (Blu Ray Region B/2) - The Middle East, Western Europe, Central Europe, Egypt, French overseas territories, Greenland, Japan, Lesotho, South Africa and Swaziland

Some will be marked as "BLES (Europe and Australia / New Zealand)"
