Phoenix-Tech is the only one supporting two-year warranties on their orders, so I guess the answer is that any import consoles will be eligible for a swap-out for a refurb unit, but at a cost. I remember taking in my PS3 Phat that was out of warranty and paying R1500 to get a refurb model.
