Has anyone had any luck with getting a refund for a purchase on PSN from Sony?
I'm not even going to post the reason why I would like a refund here, but suffice to say - even after explaining to them that they don't have to refund me - I would just really like to get a game I would at least play instead of the one that was charged to my cc - they just straight up refuse, and even "politely" pointed out that if I tried to cancel the transaction with my bank, they would keep my account as "in arrears". I have not downloaded the game at all.
I have seen on google that other markets like the US seems to have no issue with doing refunds, but seems our SA/EU market just don't care if the customer is happy or not.
