PSP for WiFi browsing and others

So... with the recent launch of the PS Vita I'm finally contemplating snagging a PSP for myself. One of the main reasons of this decision is to browse the net on my PSP via WiFi and to watch videos and read comics.

Do you think this is a sound decision to make? Or the web browser on the PSP sucky? Also, how good is the watching videos on the PSP?

Lastly, what games do you guys recommend?
Can I run cfw on PSP 3004? Or is that a no-go?
 
imho the PSP is sucky for online browsing....
Watching movies and comics is fine as long as you get the correct version of the media.
i.e. to read comics you have to buy them off the PS Store and to watch videos you need to convert it to the correct format to be playable on the PSP, I found this to cumbersome and now rather do streaming on my Tablet.

But for gaming its great, there is ton of titles available in the PS Store, PS one Classics, Minis etc. And the UMD based games is now dirt cheap.

I have a PSN+ Subscription and I have a huge amount of games that I am playing, since you get a couple of games free every month.
Got myself FF7 which kept me busy for hours.
