If your going to oc a higher psu is always better

Oh and one usb cable running to my wfp24' dell monitor to feed its usb and mem card slots. Also running a samsung 32' fhd led screen on the gpu.

I'm not all clued op pc hardware ( I'm not useless either :P) but I think you might want to look at A 750W psu as over clocking demands allot of power :)

Your 550W should be fine, but only just... depending on the PSU rating you may start lacking in power at high loads, especially when running lots of hard drives etc.

I have to say, it was the most difficult thing for me, to spend R1700 on a Corsair AX750, but damn, now I know I have a 7-year warrantied PSU that will last my next 3 builds...

I would say that should be fine. The minimum for that gfx card is 400W . The other things , Ram peripherals are not very power hungry.
And if i read that right , 5 drives, It should all be fine. Unless you plan to like play bf3 while spinning every single hdd and all that XD .

Short answer , 8 gigs of ram is just fine.
550 W power , you should be fine too :)

on a side note, why would u OC the gpu anyways? its a bloody 570 already (those cards are normally slightly overclocked out the box anyways.) and you really don't want to have overheating issues.
