Yo guys,
Has anyone checked out the new store in PMB at the Liberty Midlands Mall called PVP Digital Arena. It's recently opened and they are running 20 Xbox360's, and it is purely a console gaming centre. All consoles are linked, and they are selling PC, 360 and PS3 games. The guys are offering "Try before you buy" for any game you're interested in. As well as a pay to play for as little as R20 bucks a session up to R60 for 2 hrs.
I was lucky to join in on a 5v5 clan Gears of War 2 tournament tonight, and damn it's alot of fun. I understand alot of people prefer XBL. Never the less it was pretty awesome to have your whole team there to run over strategies and mock the enemy team
Just for anyone who is interested in the KZN area, when you're passing by come check it out. It's run by some awesome guys who are passionate about the games.
They offer 20 consoles so the place can be booked out for a "lock in" on the weekends. GoW2, CoD4, CoD MW2. They're bringing console gaming and multiplayer to the mass's.
