Question on returning harware (Evetech)

I believe you have a right to return it within 7 days (possibly only if unopened though? not 100% on the law on that). Otherwise, it would depend on the site.

In this case, its Evetech. Their site says:
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods (see below). This right may only be exercised if the packaging is not opened and the good are returned unused

So yeah, seems you're out of luck. unless theres something wrong with it and you return it under warranty and ask not for a replacement, but for credit or something.

Sadly though, for the most part since you bought it, put it in your machine and used it, its on you, regardless of how (un)happy you are with the product :(
 
You can try and contact GTX Gaming on MyBroarband for a trade-in. He'll give you a price on your RX 470 as well as a price on a new 1060.
