Question, Streetfighter 4 or Tekken 6

Well I got bored very fast with street Fighter(the long movie/intros to the fights really did not help) and I must say tekken I just had more fun playing it.

I like steet fighter.... since the gameplay is very close to how it was when i was a kid playing it on an arcade machine.... same moves ... good memories

Strange that a lot people choose Tekken 6 over Street Fighter IV. I really don't like Tekken 6, prefer Tekken 5. The loading times in Tekken 6 are also unbearable, I mean it takes forever to load a match whereas Soul Calibur IV loads in a matter of seconds. I don't know about Street Fighter's loading times, never owned it. I have played Street Fighter though and I find it much better than Tekken 6, much more technical and less chance for a "button-bash victory". I'm actually waiting for Super Street Fighter IV to come out, but my fighting game of choice is still Soul Calibur IV.

I am a tekken fan and i am not impressed with Tekken 6 atleast not the main game, i hated street fighter. The thing about tekken i did like was the story mode and the ability to upgrade charaters strenghts and looks. But it still wasnt the tekken it could be. So glad i never bought either one of the two. But If you must choose i also agree tekken is a better choice.

What you could do is find two copies of the game and see which one is better then purchase, borrow from a friend or something. You are eventually going to have to live with the choice.

Yes it is very much worth getting. I prefer it to all other fighting games currently available. It's much better than Tekken IMO. Also, the character customization/creation is pretty awesome.

/grabs Resistence2 and runs to BTgames

Soul Calibur IV is also a great game. Can't wait for the next 1 (previous 2 copies scratched due 2 overplaying)
It proves Yet again proving that NAMCO are the real CHAMPS in fighting games.
