Rage - How do you control it

Yup, I also get up and stretch the legs a bit or rage quit and find something calming to do, like watching a Skop, skiet en donner movie.
 
I rage I Swear

and make a sailor blush at times when I get going
most of the times im more angry at myself or the stupid lag that gets you killed

screaming and swearing is the easiest way to get it out of your system
Well that was until fifa 15
all my players died in a plane crash (disc went flying)
That was the worst I have ever done lol
 
I don't get angry at games.

Rage in real life on the other hand.......mmmmm, just supress it. I have metric fuck ton of anger boiling under the surface. pretty good at keeping it down there though.

I look forward to the day I get pushed over the edge and go nuclear.

Gaming is my pressure valve normally. But being already pissed increases the rage factor on games.
 
All you ragers better stay away from blops3 because there's people running around with smg's that shoot lazers and the doof doof skollies with there semi automatic shotguns that rip you apart.Lastly quickscoping assswipes that can't aim so they cheat.There really is a special place in hell for you guys.
 
I don't rage, I'm playing to relax, since I've been at work all day. I generally find it's the kids who rage, at least in Dota. I kind of find it sad when people take games so seriously.

Fortunately, I don't play COD.
 
smack the table and swear, then proceed to be extremely calm and somehow improve my accuracy(only rage in fps)
