Rampage-Gaming,trusted or not?

Firstly, thanks in advance for any advice or help offered. I'm new to this forum and forums in general.

Writing here because I think I'm one of the latest to be scammed by Rampage gaming. Pushing about 12 emails now and numerous phone calls all going to voice mail. Admittedly, I was the fool for dealing with them but I only saw the hello peter and many other forum complaints about them after paying.

Typical deal, great communication before payment and then minimal after payment was made last tuesday (13 Aug) and now they are even more difficult to get hold of. Said my components would ship yesterday or today, still nothing from MDS Collivery (the courier company they use).

Does anyone have any advice for the way forward with these guys?

Basically wait and keep putting pressure on them until you get your refund,after that never deal with them again and mark their website as a scam site on google.
 
Tell all your friends to not buy from them and if they refuse to refund you, this could become a rather nasty legal battle... (But that is worst case scenario)

Phone the bank, have the EFT reversed stating they stiffed you on their side of promised services. AFAIK (Legally) you can reverse any ETfs after 30 days of making payment.

Reversing EFTs is a mission. I'm not saying you shouldn't try though. Hunt those bit**es down!

It's a bother I know, but I would rather go through all the trouble knowing I am getting my money back in the end than not getting anything at all.
 
So far we have two police cases lodged against these guys....

CAS 163/8/2013 Grassy Park Police Station.
CAS 195/9/2013 Lyttleton police station - Constable RB Ndhlovu

To all those struggling with RMAs at Rampage-Gaming. I have had a chat with Rune from Rebel Tech who has agreed to help with any warranty issue for item(s) purchased from Rampage-Gaming - should you not be getting service/answers/etc. He can't help get your money back or products that have already been paid for but his team can help with warranty issues.

There will be no charge unless his team is required to collect the item(s) and return them to you. However, they will charge that is on their invoice from the courier company. He will even forward you the invoice sent by the courier as proof that there is no charges added.

Should you wish to make use of this gesture please email [email protected] with the product you purchased, date of purchase and serial number of the item.

The least his team can do is try help all those in need.

WOW, what a nice gesture... RMA and warranties are a pain in the ass to do... was my job about 9 years ago at the company I worked for....

I also think its a pretty epic move on their part to jump in and help out with this.

Just the type of people they are.
