Rate the Last Game You Played

Resident Evil 4

I played it on the pc and even though it's not the greatest port, it's a great game. The level design is really well done and I never got bored. It's not scary though. It was my first Resident Evil game and I was hoping for something with a similar atmosphere as Silent Hill. It's still a great action game however. Just make sure to play it with a gamepad since it doesn't support mouse input. Or even better, play it on a Wii. :)

Its a shameless port, they didn`t even try to make it pc-friendly. 2 - 10 from me.
I especially love the "press button x" timed actions, where you have to play guess which button they want you to press . Not to mention the last time i aimed with a keyboard was wolfenstein 3d. almost finished RE4, but it kept crashing at the same place.

It is frustrating but with a game pad and a bit of tweaking it can be a fun game. Still a shameless port but atleast 1 we can partly enjoy.

Uncharted Drakes Fortune. 8/10
I enjoyed it. I like the cover mechanic since it worked well most of the time. Story was well written and brilliantly delivered with a very movie feel, especially at the end. A bit predictable at times and i didn't like the Supernatural dust from the gold coffin. Felt it broke the story a bit. But i guess its very Indianna Jones. I noticed a few times that textures popped it, this was normally only the first time the game loaded that particular scene. Overall a fun experience, looking forward to 2.

I played with a Rumblepad 2. The game recognised it as one and if the game said press button 1 then I had to press button 1. So it worked perfectly on my side. :)
 
Prototype: 9/10 Fun, Violent and Badass with a unique narrative and average story makes this one of the best sandbox games this year.

CoD6 MW2: 10/10 (9/10 on pc) No, seriously, this was probably the most impressive game in terms of action, gameplay and overall design. Sure, the pc version lacks dedicated servers, but that isnt enough to bring this game down. Multiplayer is a blast and IWnet can only improve.

Batman:Arkham Asylum : Focusing very heavily on authenticity, Rocksteady manages to give the "worlds greatest detective" the... Worlds greatest superhero game. 9/10

Anygame that bores me before i get through its 4 hour campaign is not worth it.
MP though fun isn't balanced and with constant IWnet failures im waiting for Battlefield B-Company 2.

MW2 7/10: Too shot, To much like COD4, IWnet = fail. (on PC though)

I's not the violence in games that cause killing sprees. It the shit you hve to go through just to play it!

But the game itself is awesome.
 
PES2010 - 7.5/10 - the best in the series since PES6 in my opinion. Doesnt match Fifa10 in terms of graphics and no 360dribbling which makes it feel a bit dated. Still...great fun and I'll keep my copy becoz i'm a fan.

King of Fighters XII - 4/10 - Was so looking forward to this, but...no nice way to say this...it sucks! Not huge character choice, NO unlockables, gameplay okay-ish and menus just plain aweful! Only reason it gets 4 from me is character art looks pretty cool! NOT RECOMMENDED!
 
Just finished Kane and Lynch: Dead Men, it was suprisingly fun. In the start I was a bit annoyed by the controls, or rather the feel of it. But after I while I got use to it, similiar to gears but it feels more "chunky". Towards the middle of the game I really started getting into it, the story line is decent and intresting enough to stop you from skipping the cut scenes.
I played it on PC, but ended up playing about half of it with my xbox controller, when things got a but hectic though I went back to the keyboard and mouse for precision shooting.
Graphics are pretty good, the map designs and attention to detail were very impresive and it really managed to suck me into that location. Over all it was more fun than I thought I was in for.

Just finished Darksiders, was really awesome. Can't remember the last time I had this much fun playing a game. A sequel cannot come soon enough. I'll give it a 9.8.

thats high lad! I'm torn between Darksiders and Bayonetta. Read some reviews for both and Bayo seems to get better ratings...anyway good to know I wont be wronged if I go for DS....
 
Yeah man, you can't go wrong with DS. It is really brilliant, it's like a combination of all the great action games of the past few years. It has elements of Soul Reaver, God of War, Prince of Persia, The Zelda series, etc.
 
yeah it does sound sweet, but the review I read on Bayonetta goddamit! Apparently from creator of DMC series and they say its better!?! I'm confused! Maybe I should just flip a coin:D
