razer cortex useful?

No, but I might look into it for its recording... I really miss how simply and easily Raptr could do "highlights" (click a button and last 15 seconds are saved). Playstv thing just doesnt work, and switches itself off often :/

I'm assuming you have a AMD card otherwise Shadowplay would probably be your best bet for "Highlights"

If you have a Nvidia card, the Shadowplay feature works really well for this.

I have an nvidia... Shadowplay replay saves the entire last few minutes..just want the last 10-20 seconds. For tht raptr used to be absolutely perfect. Ecer since playstv became a seperate program, not so much :(

Don't know if you'd want to go through all the effort of editing registry settings, but it seems that some people where able to reduce the recording time in shadowplay to less than a minute.
