yup, although the more i think about it i cant remember if that laptop has the 8600 or 8800 GPU in it. willl have to check when i get home

Might be worth an upgrade then. Joker has some GTX 660s I think but I'm sure he will suggest a Radeon card.

There's always carbonite and if that fails there's Olx or Gumtree?

Worth a shot, I got some guy to buy a GPU from me at full price using fancy jargon, might work both ways.

I'm cautious buying 2nd hand. Have run into many bad situation buying 2nd parts. Still need to get my CPU sold though, it'll cover some of the cost and buying a new or newish GPU. I know of someone who can sell me a GPU much better than mine - I just don't have the financing for it, and I hate having to asking for money. I'm in debt enough as is...
