This reminds me of that Eve 1st person shooter, Dust something i think...

Im really disappointed by how many developers are steering away from RTS games... The market seems to have died almost completely...

I remember buying this game in a pick n' pay bargain bin bundled with Emperor: Battle for Dune.. best uninformed purchase ever!
Dune was worth it.. Renegade was meh.

I got it with the C&C Collection. But tell me, this thread (youtube videos are blocked at my workplace) is it about that exact ancient game or a remake?

I have no idea.. I haven't played much of it at the time because I was too enthralled by the Dune mythos to give it the time of day..

I'm looking forward to this. I remember the original from my earlier days of gaming. I really enjoyed the game despite it not getting the most amazing reception. We used to play the MP at lans, now it looks like I can relive the good old days just in HD.
 
I will give this a try in england. I doubt anyone will be playing it here.

You'd be surprised. I think there will be following in SA for this, not a huge one, but there should be interest since it's free and doesn't have any F2P aspects. I'll put up a server for it as well once it's released :)
 
Bump, just a headsup in case anyone forgot about this game :)

It also has a skirmish mode with some pretty good bots to keep one preoccupied with until a few local servers pop up :D
