Resident Evil Revelations 2 is set to star series favourite Claire Redfield along with the daughter of Resident Evil 1's Barry Burton, called Moira.
That's according to a new reveal in the latest issue of GamesMaster (via Push-Start), which also confirms the game's campaign can be tackled in both single-player or co-op modes. While Claire will be making the most of her years of experience to be the title's primary combat expert, Moira's role is more backup-orientated.

For context, the original Resident Evil Revelations launched on Nintendo 3DS in early 2012, and we really liked it. It was later ported to PS3 and Xbox 360 in HD format, where it wasn't quite as well received.
Resident Evil Revelations 2 will launch on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC in 2015. We'll have more on the game for you when we go hands-on at next week's Tokyo Game Show.
