We've found that it's best to go with the suede wrap variety, as the handle may be wiped down with a damp cloth if it gets dirty.

Also look into getting yourself some leather coasters. The fish-design is especially stylish; trout, bass and sword fish.
 
If you acquire one now and keep it somewhere out of sight but not out of mind, you will one day find yourself saying "Thank you Juice, thank you for focusing my attention on this often ignored and valuable item, I shall use it now in my time of need". This is not mere banter, I kid you not. Even if you just store this information in your subconscious, please do so, but do not ignore this (you might even find that you become a better dancer because of it).

After repeated tries, we have been unable to replicate this 'cursing of rhythm' that you speak of.

We have, however, been told that I should be careful of being reprimanded by a man made of a malleable metallic element which has the white lustrous sheen of silver.

Consequentialism never seemed to make anyone happy over here.

The sticks were the only things that seemed to work any kind of magic.
