A labour law consultant accused of shooting dead a motorcyclist during a road rage confrontation is expected to appear in the Roodepoort Magistrate's Court on Thursday.
The matter was postponed during previous proceedings for further investigation.
Labour law consultant Meekahefele Mosooa, 43, is out on R5000 bail.
