RSA and internet TV?

With the ATI Radeon 5xxx i believe you can watch online TV and movies etc (if built in ofc). Now being in RSA is this at all possible? Do we need anything else to make it possible or is RSA just that thick and we can't watch internet TV at all here???

If so then how do i go about doing so and does any have some links to sites and so on?

If you got uncapped 4meg line and only watch tv at night sure you can.

Its just there is nothing like this available local so you need to download a program or watch it from one of the good sites from overseas.

12 mg lines are out so maby this lifetime

Just need a lot of bandwidth, 10mb should be sufficient.
