£413,531 pledged of £350,000 goal with 36 hours to go.

I really hope they make it at least to the next stretch goal (£440,000)

The Kickstarter is now done, but you can still support them through Paypal.

15,029 backers pledged £461,333 of £350,000 goal

They managed to reach their third stretch goal, which was a highly requested feature: environmental destruction.

First look at Pre-alpha build of the game.

But first, an important disclaimer:

We are really excited to give you a first glimpse of Satellite Reign today in glorious 1080p. But first the disclaimers, its very much a pre alpha build being demoed, nothing here is really final, the UI, audio, weapons and effects are 100% placeholder, in fact it’s so early we weren’t going to show any combat or civilians, but..

The video was actually meant to demonstrate the agents coats reacting to wind from the cars zooming by, but before we knew it we were showing crowds of civilians, CCTV cameras, cover usage, x ray camera mode and even a couple of enemies..

The video was recorded at 1920×1080 @ 60 fps on a 2nd Generation i5 PC with a Radeon 5970 using Fraps.

Looks cool - I have the rose-tinted memory of how much fun Syndicate was. Hopefully this proves compelling.

I've been playing the Early Access version on Steam. Looking brilliant so far. I was a bit concerned because they were very quiet for a long time after their Kickstarter ended, but what they have now shows a lot of promise.

awesome!! this is definately now on my radar. Is there a way to quickly see which games in my Steam library are "Early Access" ? I normally by ignore them until they release fully, but am losing track as library grows :(

ditto! I have extremely fond memories of Syndicate and was rather disappointed by the recent "reboot", so really hoping this is more along the lines of original classic
